Introducing a refresh for The Landing at Cape Elizabeth!
Earlier this summer, the Gawron Turgeon team began bringing a new look to The Landing at Cape Elizabeth! Working with our client, Northbridge Companies, we set the goal to revitalize the interior design, furniture, and overall equipment available on site.
The Landing Cape Elizabeth is one of many assisted & independent living communities operated by Hallbridge Partners across New England. With fresh management, there was a need for a new look. From the kitchen, back room, and living rooms, to the paint colors throughout the building.
Upgrades are currently underway, but we plan to do the following over the course of the year:
- Making use of an underutilized kitchen near the main dining room and converting it into a bar.
- New equipment, ice maker, lockable bar fridge, and more in the kitchen.
- Updated furniture in some of the living spaces.
- And (remove all)new finishes & paint colors to complete the refresh!
